# Hardware Asset Management integrations

The Hardware Asset Management \(HAM\) application integrates with external systems and ServiceNow platform capabilities to extend asset data quality, lifecycle visibility, and device management across your organization.

-   **Integration with Contract Management Pro**

    HAM integrates with Contract Management Pro to perform contract and obligation extraction from signed contract documents. This integration brings obligation management and agentic contract metadata extraction directly into the Hardware Asset Workspace.

    **Important:** This feature is available only with Hardware Asset Management Prime SKU, Hardware Asset Management version 16.0.0, and Australia patch 6.

-   **Integration with Zero Touch Mobility**

    HAM integrates with Samsung SDS Zero Touch Mobility to manage the complete lifecycle of mobile devices on a single platform. This integration provides visibility into device utilization and costs across the organization.
