The Hardware Asset Management \(HAM\) application can be installed from the Product Hub or the ServiceNow Store.

Product Hub

You are setting up HAM for the first time and want a guided installation experience. Product Hub installs your entitled HAM application and shows you additional applications and plugins that are available for your subscription tier.**Important:** Product Hub and Configuration Console are available starting from Hardware Asset Management version 16.0.0 \(Australia Patch 6\).

ServiceNow Store

-   You are installing HAM without using the guided Product Hub experience.
-   Your ServiceNow instance does not have ServiceNow Otto for Setup \(sn\_ia\) or Setup Hub \(sn\_ia\_base\) installed.
