# Software storage usage fields

Determine the usage information for SaaS applications for generating downgrade subscriptions.

|Field|Description|
|-----|-----------|
|User principal name|User name or email address of the user.|
|Subscription profile|Name of the user subscription profile.|
|Storage allocated \(bytes\)|Storage allocated to the user in bytes.|
|Storage used \(bytes\)|Storage used by the user in bytes.|
|Product|Name of the product for the usage record.|
|Is deleted|Indicates whether the user's storage account, such as Microsoft OneDrive or mailbox, has been deleted.|
