# Get started with Agile Development v2 mobile app

Access the Agile Development mobile app to track your sprints, stories, and tasks.

## Before you begin

-   Download the Mobile Agent mobile app from App Store \(iOS\) or Google Play Store \(Android\).
-   Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Log in with your ServiceNow instance address on the Mobile Agent app on your mobile device in one of the following ways:

-   If you installed the Agile Development v2 mobile app on an instance that you already use in the Mobile Agent app, refresh the app to see **Agile 2.0** as an applet launcher.
-   If you installed the Agile Development mobile v2 app on a different instance:
    1.  Log out by tapping **Settings** &gt; **Log out**.
    2.  Tap the add icon \(\[Omitted image "add-new-instance.jpeg"\] Alt text: Add new instance\) and log in with your new ServiceNow instance address.

1.  Enter the instance address in one of the following two ways:
    -   Type the instance address in the instance address field.
    -   If your administrator provided you with a QR code, tap the QR icon \(\[Omitted image "mobile-qr-scan.png"\] Alt text: Scan a QR code\), and scan the QR code.
2.  Tap **Save and log in**.

</table>2.  Log in using your user name and password.

3.  Tap the Agile Development v2 icon \(\[Omitted image "agile-2-0-icon-mobile-app.png"\] Alt text: Agile 2.0 applet launcher icon\) to start tracking your sprints, stories, and scrum tasks.
