# Create AI systems

Create AI systems from directly within the demand workflow and associate them with your demands.

## Before you begin

-   The AI Control Tower plugin must be installed. For more information, see [Activation and installation of AI Control Tower](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/intelligent-experiences/activation-and-installation-of-ai-control-tower.md).
-   The investment type of the demand is set to artificial intelligence.
-   Role required: sn\_ai\_steward

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Strategic Planning Workspace**.

2.  Select the Demands icon \[Omitted image "demands-icon.png"\].

3.  Open a demand from the **List** page.

4.  Select **Details** from the navigation menu.

5.  Select the **Create AI System** button to create an AI system in the AI Control Tower workspace.
