# Create cost plan form

Use this form to create cost plans for your planning items.

-   **Split equally across fiscal periods** - Distributes the cost equally among all the fiscal periods across the duration.
-   **Recurring per fiscal period** - Recurs the cost for each fiscal period across the duration.
