# Export demands

Share data with stakeholders or perform further analysis outside the platform by exporting demand records from Next Experience for Demand Management.

## Before you begin

Role required: it\_demand\_manager

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Portfolio Planning Workspace**.

2.  Select the Demands icon \[Omitted image "demands-icon.png"\].

3.  Select the demands that you want to export or select the check box in the column header to export all demands.

4.  Select **Export**.

5.  In the Export dialog box, select the export file type from the **File Type** drop-down list.

    The available values are Excel, CSV, JSON, or PDF.

6.  Determine the delivery type in the **Delivery Type** field.

    -   To deliver the export by email, select **Email** and provide an email address in the **Email** field.
    -   To download the exported data to your system, select **Download**.
7.  Select **Export**.
