# Add change requests for a demand

Add a change request as the outcome of an action taken to resolve an issue or mitigate a risk. The change request can affect the demand's scope, resource requirements, cost, or schedule.

## Before you begin

Role required: it\_demand\_manager

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Strategic Planning Workspace**.

2.  Select the Demands icon \[Omitted image "demands-icon.png"\].

3.  Open a demand from the **List** page.

4.  Select **Details** from the navigation menu.

5.  Select the **Request Changes** tab.

    **Note:** If the **Request Changes** tab isn't visible, select **More** > **Request Changes**.

6.  Select **New**.

7.  On the Request Change form, fill in the fields.

8.  Select **Save**.
