Any financial baseline doesn’t capture the actual cost component of the demand. To create financial baselines, you can also use: - The **Create Baseline** option under More Actions in the **Details** tab. - The **Demand Baselines** tab. ## Procedure 1. Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Strategic Planning Workspace**. 2. Select the Demands icon \[Omitted image "demands-icon.png"\]. 3. Open a demand from the **List** page. 4. Select **Financials** from the navigation menu. 5. Create or compare financial baselines.

Comparison view of the selected baselines is displayed.
