# Update demand details

Update the details of a demand record in Next Experience for Demand Management to reflect any changes in scope, priority, or capacity.

## Before you begin

Role required: it\_demand\_user, it\_demand\_manager

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Strategic Planning Workspace**.

2.  Select the Demands icon \[Omitted image "demands-icon.png"\].

3.  Open a demand from the **List** page.

4.  Select the **Details** tab.

5.  Make the required changes.

6.  Change the form view to view the demand details in a different layout.

    1.  Select the Additional actions icon.

    2.  Select **View** and select a view from the available views.

7.  Select **Save**.
