# Complete the test plan sign-off

Review and sign off the test plan so that you can record the approval of the test plan.

## Before you begin

Role required: tm\_test\_manager

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Test Management > Test Execution > Test Plans**.

2.  Open the test plan that you want to sign off.

3.  Click the **Sign-off Test Plan** related link.

4.  In the Sign Off section, enter any additional information in the **Comments** field.

5.  Review the user in the **Sign-off By** field.

6.  Review the date in the **Sign-off Date** field.

7.  Click **Submit**.
