## Where AI indicators appear

The following table describes where the AI indicator appears and how it behaves.

When you hover over the AI icon, a pop up card appears with information related to the agent-generated problem \(PRB\) and knowledge base \(KB\) records:

 -   Select the PRB link to open the record in the Service Operations Workspace.
-   Select kb link to open the article in the Knowledge Center.
