# Make catalog item visible

You can use the catalog items created in cloud management, in standard service portal.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to a cloud catalog item.

2.  Add **Service Catalog** or your specific catalog to the **Catalog item**.

3.  Save it.

4.  Select **categories** from Related list items.

5.  Edit the categories and add a category from **service catalog** or your specific catalog.

6.  Visit the service catalog page or your specific catalog page.

    The new catalog item shows up.
