# Install ServiceNow Otto for ITOM

Install the ServiceNow Otto for IT Operations Management \(ITOM\) plugin to enable generative AI and agentic AI on your instance.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Admin** > **Admin Home**.

    The Admin Home page displays.

2.  Select the IT Operations Management tile.

    The IT Operations Management page in the Product Hub displays.

3.  Select the **Not Installed** tab.

4.  On the ServiceNow Otto for IT Operations Management \(ITOM\) card, select the **Application Manager** icon \(\[Omitted image "application-manager-icon.png"\]\).

    The Application Manager page displays.

5.  Select **Install**.

    Once the installation completes, ServiceNow Otto for IT Operations Management \(ITOM\) displays in the Installed tab of the Product Hub.
