# Access Configuration Console from AIOps Configuration Center

Access ITOM Configuration Console to set up Event Management and configure AIOps capabilities.

## Before you begin

Verify that the ITOM AIOps and ServiceNow Otto for ITOM plugins are installed.

Role required: evt\_mgmt\_admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Service Operations Workspace**.

2.  From the navigation pane, select the AIOps configuration center icon \[Omitted image "icon-itom-aiops-config.png"\] Alt text: ITOM AIOps configuration center icon.

    The ITOM AIOps configuration center page appears. The configuration center is a centralized workspace. Use it to configure and manage AIOps features from a single place.

3.  On the ITOM AIOps configuration center page, under **Setup** > **Get started** section, select **Event Management Onboarding**.

    The Configure IT Operations Management page opens.

    **Note:** The **Configure with Otto** UI action appears only after you install both the ServiceNow Otto for ITOM and ServiceNow Otto plugins. This action lets you set up AI-powered alert handling.
