# Run response actions on multiple alerts in Express List

Run response actions to efficiently remediate and respond to issues on multiple alerts directly from the Express List pane.

## Before you begin

Role required: evt\_mgmt\_operator, evt\_mgmt\_admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Service Operations Workspace**.

2.  From the navigation bar, select the Express list icon \[Omitted image "express-list1.png"\].

3.  In the **Active Alerts** list, select the check boxes for desired alerts.

4.  Select the **Alert actions** drop-down arrow to view **Response actions**.

5.  Select a response action.

    **Note:** Numbers next to actions represent the number of alerts that can be addressed with that action. If the list is empty, no response actions are available.

    The **Run response action** modal appears. The modal describes the number of alerts addressed with the selected action, and lists the selected alerts that aren’t addressed.
