# Launch a web application for an alert in Service Operations Workspace for ITOM

Launch a web application that was configured in an alert management rule to quickly access necessary tools, improving response times and efficiency.

## Before you begin

Role required: evt\_mgmt\_operator or evt\_mgmt\_admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Service Operations Workspace**.

2.  From the navigation bar, select the Express list icon \[Omitted image "express-list1.png"\].

3.  Select the alert number to open it.

    The alert opens in a separate tab, displaying the **Overview** subtab. In the right panel, the **Utilities** tab is selected by default.

4.  In the Utilities section, select the web application to launch the app.
