# Dashboards

Access Event Management dashboards to monitor system performance, alert trends, and operational metrics for your IT operations.

To get to the AIOps dashboards in Service Operation Workspace page, navigate to **Configuration Summary** > **Event Management** > **Report on outcomes** > **Dashboards**.

## AIOps dashboards

The Dashboards section surfaces three purpose-built AIOps dashboards inside Service Operations Workspace, each serving a different reporting need:

-   [AIOps 360° Overview](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-operations-management/aiops-360-overview-dashboard.md): A comprehensive view of AIOps activities and their overall impact, including time saved through automation and grouping, workload savings, and incident prevention rates.
