# Delete group from Event Management admin role

Delete group from the evt\_mgmt\_admin role when you no longer need them.

## Before you begin

Verify that you have installed the ITOM AIOps and ServiceNow Otto for IT Operations Management \(ITOM\) plugins.

Ensure you're in the Configure IT Operations Management page.

Role required: evt\_mgmt\_admin or evt\_team\_operator

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Configuration Summary** > **Event Management** > **Platform foundations**.

2.  Expand **Platform foundations**.

3.  Select **Assign Event Management admins**.

4.  Select and open the group you want to delete.

5.  On the Edit group page, select **Delete Group**.

6.  In the confirmation window, select **Delete Group**.

    The group is removed from the list of Assign Event Management admins page.
