# Exclude a source from a log correlator in Health Log Analytics

Prevent Health Log Analytics from analyzing log lines from a specific source by excluding that source from the log correlator.

## Before you begin

Role required: evt\_mgmt\_operator, evt\_mgmt\_admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Health Log Analytics** > **Data Input** > **Log Sources**.

2.  Open the relevant source on the Log Sources form.

3.  On the **Log Correlators** tab, select the option for the log correlator.

4.  In the Actions on selected items list, select **Exclude from this source**.
