# Health Log Analytics language and character support

Health Log Analytics provides international language support. The default language is US English.

## Language support coverage

The current available languages for Health Log Analytics are as follows: US English, UK English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish.

**Note:** To receive keyword-based alerts for languages other than English, keywords in the relevant language must be added to the system before you start streaming. Contact ServiceNow Support for assistance.

## Character support

Health Log Analytics currently supports ASCII and Windows-1252 \(commonly referred to as ANSI\) character encodings, regardless of the text source. It doesn't support encodings for non-Latin scripts, such as Japanese.
