# Install ITOM AIOps apps using ServiceNow Otto for Setup

Install two plugins to enable ITOM AIOps functionality: ITOM AIOps and ServiceNow Otto for ITOM.

## Before you begin

Role required: evt\_mgmt\_admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Service Operations Workspace**.

    The Admin Home page opens.

2.  In the IT Operations Management tile, select **Ready to configure**.

    The Welcome! Let's get started dialog box appears.

3.  Select **Start setup**.

    View all available plugins in the **Not Installed** tab.

4.  Install the ITOM AIOps plugin by selecting the install icon \(\[Omitted image "icon-aiops-admin-conf-install.png"\] Alt text: install icon\).

5.  To select the ServiceNow Otto for ITOM plugin, perform the following steps:

    1.  Select the Application manager icon \(\[Omitted image "icon-aiops-admin-install-now-assist-itom.png"\] Alt text: Application page icon\).
    2.  On the Application manager page, select **Install**.
    Both plugins are installed and listed in the **Installed** tab in the IT Operations Management page.
