For more information, see [Install plugins for ServiceNow Otto](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/intelligent-experiences/install-now-assist-feature-plugins.md) and [Install Service Reliability Management](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-operations-management/service-reliability-management/sr-install-sr-store-app.md). For an overview of how and when the SLO creator agent generates SLOs, see [Generating service level objectives](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-operations-management/service-level-objective-management/now-assist-itom-slo-generation.md). Role required: srm\_manager, srm\_responder, or srm\_admin ## Procedure 1. Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Service Operations Workspace** > **Services**. 2. Select a service and then select the **Reliability Metrics** tab. 3. Select an SLO generated by the SLO creator agent. SLOs generated by the agent display `AI` in the Created by column. 4. Select the **Details** tab. 5. In the Activity panel, review the work notes. Generated SLOs have work notes that summarize the data and configuration used to create them. ## What to do next To learn more about SLOs, including SLO types and compliance periods, see [Reliability metrics in SLO Management](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-operations-management/service-level-objective-management/sr-work-SLI-SLO.md).
