# Delete a unified service

Delete a unified service using the Service Mapping workspace.

## Before you begin

You must have at least Australia platform version installed.

You must have the latest version of Service Mapping Plus.

Role required: service\_mapping\_admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Service Mapping**.

2.  Select the **Mapped application services** widget.

3.  Select the service, and then select **Edit**

    You can group by service types to find the service more efficiently. For example, if you want to remove a unified service, grouping by service type can help you to narrow the list of unified services.

4.  Select **Delete service**.

## Result

The service is deleted. The UI is redirected to the home page. Child services remain non-operational.
