# Download the ServiceNow Agent app

Download the ServiceNow Agent app to use ITOM Mobile Agent on your device.

## Before you begin

ITOM Mobile Agent must be installed. See [Install ITOM Mobile Agent](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-operations-management/service-reliability-management/install-itom-mobile.md) for more information.

Role required: srm\_manager, srm\_responder, or srm\_admin

## About this task

The ITOM Mobile Agent application runs in the ServiceNow Agent app. To access ITOM Mobile Agent, download the ServiceNow Agent app on your device.

## Procedure

1.  Download the ServiceNow Agent app for your device:

    -   For iOS, use the App Store.
    -   For Android, use Google Play.
2.  Confirm that the app is on your device.

    Look for the ServiceNow Agent app icon \(\[Omitted image "sr-mobile-agent-app.png"\] Alt text: ServiceNow Agent app icon\). The app appears on your device with the name Agent.
