# Review resource usage against allocated subscription units

Review statistics for the resources that can be managed by ITOM products. Compare this data to the average number of allocated subscription units.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_itom\_license.reader

See ITOM detailed licensing data over time with the ITOM Licensing Dashboard. View daily CI counts or average of the last 90 daily counts. Domain-specific information and specific CI listings for each daily count enable you to monitor and analyze resource usage. You can generate a list of currently countable CIs for each of the ITOM applications as described in [View CIs consuming ITOM subscription units](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-operations-management/itom-licensing-count.md).

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **ITOM License** > **ITOM Licensing Dashboard**.

2.  Select the relevant tab to display the dashboard for the ITOM product.

    For example, select **Visibility**.

3.  Point to a bar to view the number of CIs in each category.

4.  Select the bar to view a list of the counted CIs.
