# Resolve or close a change task

When you implement the change task, you can close the task from the Mobile Agent mobile application.

## Before you begin

Role required: itil or sn\_change\_write

## Procedure

1.  Tap **My Work** tab.

2.  Tap **Change tasks** to open the list of change tasks.

3.  From the list of change tasks, swipe left the change task that you want to close.

4.  Tap **Close task**.
