# Devices list

The Devices page provides information on your organization devices, the device assigned user, last login, matching assignments, status, active alerts, and incidents.

Device

</td><td>

Actual physical or virtual hardware, such as a laptop or mobile device.

Assigned to

</td><td>

Name of the person to whom the device is assigned.When the device owner isn’t a ServiceNow user, the name appears as `"-"`.

**Note:** When you select the user’s link, it redirects to the Users page in Service Operations Workspace.

Last logged in name

</td><td>

Name of the person who had last logged in to the device.When the user isn’t a ServiceNow user, the name appears as `"-"`.

**Note:**

-   When you select the user’s link, it redirects to the Users page in Service Operations Workspace.
-   The device list, including last logged-in user details, refreshes every 25 minutes.

Last logged in user ID

</td><td>

User ID of the person who had last logged in to the device.When the user isn’t a ServiceNow user, the name appears as `"-"`.

**Note:**

-   When you select the user’s link, it redirects to the Users page in Service Operations Workspace.
-   The device list, including last logged-in user ID, refreshes every 25 minutes.

Matches assigned to

</td><td>

Indicates whether the device that the user is using to connect to DEX is assigned to the user's name. **Note:** The field displays **Yes** when the user is the owner of the device. For shared devices, **Yes** is displayed as the value only when the user is the owner of the device.

Status

</td><td>

Status of the device such as Up, Down, or Unknown.**Note:** This field appears only in **Devices by ACC status** tab.

Host data collection

</td><td>

Status of data collection from the device.**Note:** This field appears only in **Devices by ACC status** tab.

Last logged in location

</td><td>

Location where the device was last logged in.

Alerts

</td><td>

Total count of active alerts for the device.

Incidents

</td><td>

Total count of active incidents for the device.
