# Uninstall DEX Desktop Assistant

Uninstall Desktop Assistant effortlessly using single-line commands for a clean system.

## Before you begin

Make sure you have administrator privileges for the operating system to run the one-liner script.

Role required: sn\_dex\_desktop.admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Desktop Assistant** > **Deployment** > **Installer and Uninstaller**.

2.  In the Single-line Uninstall Commands table, select the Copy single line install command icon \[Omitted image "icon-installer-blue.png"\] Alt text: for your operating system.

3.  On your computer, open Terminal.app \(macOS\) or run PowerShell \(Windows\) as administrator.

4.  Paste the command and press Enter.

5.  When prompted for a password, enter your active directory password and press Enter.


## Result

Desktop Assistant is uninstalled.
