# Update DEX Score survey configuration

Update the survey configuration to identify the recipients, method, and timing for sending the DEX Score surveys.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_dex\_score.digital\_workplace\_leader

## About this task

The DEX Survey configuration is stored in the Survey Configuration \[dex\_survey\_configuration\] table. For more information, see [Components installed with Digital Experience Feedback Survey](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-service-management/digital-experience-score/dexscr-installed-with-survey-feedback.md).

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Digital Experience Score​** > **DEX Survey Configuration**.

2.  Open a survey configuration to modify its values.

3.  On the form, update the fields.

4.  Select **Update**.
