# Share the Success Dashboard indicators

Share the Success Dashboard indicators with your respective leadership teams, ITSM or HR to view the dashboard and measure the performance of their respective implementations.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_sd.success\_dashboard\_admin, or sn\_sd.success\_dashboard\_read, or sn\_sd.success\_dashboard\_details\_read

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All>** > **Success Dashboard** > **Success Dashboard**.

2.  Select **Share dashboard**.

3.  In the Share dashboard dialog box, select the recipients with whom you want to share the dashboard from the **Select recipients** list.\[Omitted image "share-success-dashboard-dialog.png"\] Alt text: Share dashboard dialog box

4.  Modify the default message that is sent to the recipients in the **Message** field.

5.  Select the **KPI details** option to add the KPI information in the message.

6.  Select **Email** to send the email to the selected recipients.

7.  Select **Copy URL** to copy a link to the dashboard and send it through different means.
