# Automatically close an interaction in Service Operations Workspace

Automatically close the interaction when an incident linked is closed in Service Operations Workspace.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Service Operations Workspace Admin Center** > **Configurations**.

2.  Select **Interaction Management.**

3.  Toggle the **Close Interaction when linked Incident is resolved** option.


## Result

The interaction record will be automatically closed in the Service Operations Workspace once the linked incident is closed.
