For instructions on how to access this table, see [Find components installed with an application](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/platform-administration/find-components.md). ## Roles installed
Role title \[name\] Description Contains roles
Remedial action user\[sn\_reacf.sn\_remedial\_action\_read\] Enables users to access and read the Remedial Action Execution table and remediate CI related issues using remedial actions.**Note:** itil role contains this role. cmdb\_read
Remedial action admin\[sn\_reacf.sn\_remedial\_action\_admin\] Enables users with read and write access to all Remedial Action configuration tables. - sn\_reacf.sn\_remedial\_action\_read - flow\_operator
Remedial action execution admin\[sn\_reacf.sn\_remedial\_action\_execution\_admin\] Enables users with elevated access to the remedial actions framework. You can use this role to edit the state of the remedial action execution records. For example, you can change **In progress** to **Failed** or **Complete**. **Note:** You must add the role on top of the Remedial action admin \[sn\_reacf.sn\_remedial\_action\_admin\] role to utilize the elevated access to the framework. ## Tables installed
Tables Description

Remedial action parameter\[sn\_reacf\_remedial\_action\_parameter\] List of parameters required to execute the remedial actions such as process ID, assigned to, help, and order.
Remedial action role\[sn\_reacf\_remedial\_role\] List of roles required to access and execute the remedial actions.
User criteria action inclusion\[sn\_reacf\_remedial\_user\_criteria\_mtom\] List of user criteria which are allowed to execute the Remedial Action.
User criteria action exclusion\[sn\_reacf\_remedial\_user\_criteria\_no\_mtom\] List of user criteria which aren't allowed to execute the Remedial Action.
Remedial action type\[sn\_reacf\_remedial\_action\_type\] List of remedial action types such as CI action and standard change.
Remedial action origin\[sn\_reacf\_remedial\_action\_origin\] List of applications where the Remedial Action Framework is used.
Remedial action execution\[sn\_reacf\_remedial\_action\_execution\] List of execution records that are created for each remedial action when executed. The record is used to track the progress and maintain the information. The record includes information such as executed remedial action, parameter values, action execution record, parent record, target record, current state, user who executed the remedial action and origin.**Note:** This table is read only.
**Note:** Deny unless ACLs are added to all the tables. The Deny unless ACLs restrict access for a non-authenticated user, such as a public role user. Without access, the user can't perform any actions on the tables related to the mentioned applications, such as reading, writing, deleting, creating, or accessing the report view. For more information on Deny-Unless ACLs and enhanced security model adoption features, see [Deny-Unless ACL](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/platform-security/acl-denial-behavior.md) and [Features of enhanced security model adoption for incident tables](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-service-management/incident-management/comp-instal-itsm-enhanced-sec-features.md). **Parent Topic:**[Incident Management in Service Operations Workspace reference](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-service-management/service-operations-workspace/sow-im-reference.md)
