# Getting started with Service Operations Workspace for ITSM

Set up Service Operations Workspace by procuring the required license, configuring the Admin Center, and assigning the workspace to your agents.

Procure the ITSM Standard license or above for ServiceNow IT Service Management applications.

## Setup journey

1.  Procure the ITSM Standard license or higher.
2.  Activate the Service Operations Workspace.
3.  Configure the [Admin Center in Service Operations Workspace for ITSM](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-service-management/service-operations-workspace/admin-center-sow.md).
4.  Assign the workspace to your agent groups.

## Service Operations Workspace Admin Center

It provides effortless and quick access to manage most configurations in Service Operations Workspace for IT Service Management \(ITSM\). It also provides centralized control of the instance to admins.
