# Take a survey in Service Operations Workspace

Complete the survey assigned to you in Service Operations Workspace This feature is available only when the Workforce Optimization for ITSM plugin `sn_wfo_cfg_itsm` is installed.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_wfo\_cfg\_itsm.employee

## About this task

**Important:** The **Assessments** tab is available only when the Workforce Optimization for ITSM plugin `sn_wfo_cfg_itsm` is activated the instance. If the tab is not visible, verify with your administrator that the plugin is active. You can respond to surveys or your assessments. You can access surveys available for any group to which you belong.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Service Operations Workspace**.

2.  Access your profile.

3.  Select the **Assessments** tab.

4.  Go to **Surveys** > **Open**.

5.  In the **Metric type** field, select the survey you would like to take.

    **Note:** You can also select the Notifications icon and select the survey.

    You will get notified 7 days before, the day before, and on the day when the survey will be available for you to complete.

6.  Select **Take a survey**.

7.  Complete the survey.
