# Work on a change task in Service Operations Workspace

Complete the change task that in turn helps in resolving the associated change.

## Before you begin

Role required: itil or admin

## Procedure

1.  Open a change.

2.  From the **Change tasks** tab, open the required change task.

3.  To find and work on records that help in quick resolution of the change task, perform the following actions.

    1.  From the contextual side panel, click the agent assist icon \(\[Omitted image "agent-assist-icon.png"\] Alt text: agent assist icon\).

    2.  Search for a resource and perform the required action.

4.  To delete the change task, Click the more actions icon \(\[Omitted image "more-actions-icon.png"\] Alt text: more actions icon\) and select **Delete**.
