# Modify an appointment at the Walk-up Experience Tech Lounge

Edit or cancel an appointment at a ServiceNow Walk-up Experience Tech Lounge by using the Now® Mobile app on your mobile device.

## Before you begin

Role required: user

## About this task

The time limit for modifying an appointment may vary across tech Lounges. You cannot modify a confirmed appointment within the time limit that was set for the particular tech Lounge. For example, a tech Lounge has set this time limit as two hours. So, if your appointment is at 10 a.m, you cannot modify it after 8 a.m. of the same day.

## Procedure

1.  On your mobile device, tap the Now® Mobile app icon \(\[Omitted image "now-mobile.png"\] Alt text: NOW Mobile app icon.\).

2.  Navigate to your appointment card using any of these options.

    |Tab|Navigation|
    |---|----------|
    |**My Items**|Tap **My Tech Visits**|
    |**Services**|Tap the more options icon **\(\[Omitted image "quickaction2.png"\] Alt text: More options icon\)** > **Visit a Tech Lounge** > **Visits**.|
    |**Information**|Tap the headphones icon **\(\[Omitted image "quickaction.png"\] Alt text: Headphones icon\)** > **Visits**|

3.  Tap the appointment card to open it.

4.  Choose one of the following actions.

    |Action|Description|
    |------|-----------|
    |**Edit**|Change the date or time of the appointment.|
    |**Cancel**|Cancel the appointment.|

    You can also swipe the appointment card and tap your preferred action to modify the appointment.
