# Skill review request components in Workforce Optimization for ITSM

Workforce Optimization for ITSM installs roles and enables notifications when you install the application.

**Important:** Starting with the Brazil release, Workforce Optimization for ITSM is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer installed on new instances but will continue to be supported. For details, see the [Deprecation Process \[KB0867184\]](https://support.servicenow.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0867184) article in the Now Support Knowledge Base.

## Roles

|Role title \[name\]|Description|
|-------------------|-----------|
|Skill review manager \[sn\_wfo\_skillreview.manager\]|Grants administrative rights to create, read, update, and delete \(CRUD\) skill review request records.|
|Skill review user \[sn\_wfo\_skillreview.user\]|Grants administrative rights to create, read, or update skill review request records.|

## Notifications

Navigate to **All** > **System Notifications** > **Provider** > **Notifications** to access the notifications below that are provided by default.
