Locate what you're looking for quickly using the global search in Workforce Optimization for ITSM.

It will be hidden and no longer installed on new instances but will continue to be supported. **Note:** To search shifts and schedules, you must [generate the text index](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/platform-administration/index-multiple-tables.md) for the following tables before you start performing the search for shifts and schedules:
