# Coaching Overview page

Monitor the progress of assessments and track learning tasks that are overdue. You can also add a coaching quality indicator to monitor trends. Analyze which skills have been assigned the most to your team recently and which top skills are in demand.

## Access the Coaching Overview page

To open the dashboard:

-   Navigate to, **Workspaces** > **Manager Workspace**.
-   Select the Coaching icon \[Omitted image "coaching-icon-uib.png"\] Alt text: Coaching icon.
-   Select the **Overview** tab.
