# Create a repair claim manually

Create a repair claim for the products under warranty or recall.

## Before you begin

Role required: Manufacturing operations admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace** > **List** > **Repair**.

    **Note:** Select any **Case** from the list.

2.  Select **New**.

3.  On the Claims details form, fill in the fields.

    For a description of the field values, see [Claim details form](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/manufacturing/mco-claim-details-form.md).

4.  Select **Continue**.

    The Claim jobs form appears.

5.  Select **Add claim jobs**.

6.  Set **Type** as **Warranty** or **Recall**.

7.  On the Repair claim jobs form, fill in the fields.

8.  Select **Submit**.


## Result

The claim job is successfully submitted for review and approval.
