# Implement a recall campaign set up

Set up a recall campaign to define corrective actions, identify impacted assets, create tracking phases, and control dealer visibility throughout the recall lifecycle.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_rcl\_claim\_mgmt.recall\_manager or admin

## Procedure

1.  Review the entities and relationships within the [Recall campaign data model](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/manufacturing/recall-claims.md), including tables added or modified by the recall claim plugin.

2.  Configure recall campaign: Complete the following tasks to set up the recall campaign in your environment.

    3. 3.  Work with recall campaign \(OEM\): Use the Agents \(CSM/FSM\) workspace to create and manage recall campaigns, phases, and claims.
