# Generate work order resolution notes on mobile

Generate resolution notes in your Mobile app that summarize your work order task record.

Agents can generate resolution notes for work order tasks that are assigned to them. The work order task must be in the **Work in Progress** state and contain at least 50 words to generate a summary.
