If you download the mobile app from an enterprise mobility management \(EMM\) suite, enter your user credentials as prompted. For more details on EMM, see [Enterprise mobility management \(EMM\)](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/mobile/enterprise-mobility-management.md). If you didn't download the mobile app from an EMM suite, follow the steps in this topic. ## Procedure 1. Tap the icon for one of the ServiceNow mobile apps. The mobile account login screen displays. **Note:** An account is your ServiceNow environment — it includes your company's URL address \(aka instance\), a nickname, and your sign-in credentials. \[Omitted image "log-in-screen.png"\] Alt text: The mobile instance log in screen. 2.
