For instructions to enable and disable this feature, see [Enable or disable impersonation in mobile apps](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/mobile/mobile-impersonate-2.md).
| As an administrator or an impersonator, use impersonation to view a ServiceNow mobile app exactly as another user would see the app. While impersonating another user, the app displays a banner at the top of the screen with the name of user being impersonated. Impersonation logging and limitations for mobile are the same as those when using impersonation in the web-based UI. For details see [Impersonate a user](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/platform-administration/c_ImpersonateAUser.md). | \[Omitted image "mobile-impersonation.png"\] Alt text: Mobile app displaying an impersonation banner |
