# Enable notification settings for mobile

Enable push notifications on your mobile device to receive information and messages directed to you.

## Before you begin

Role required: none

## Procedure

1.  Log in to the ServiceNow mobile app.

2.  On the navigation bar, tap the **Settings** button.

3.  On the settings page, tap **notification preferences** and then enable the **Enable notifications** toggle.
