# Otto AI Search on Mobile

Use ServiceNow Otto® Search on Mobile to provide actionable AI-generated or AI-selected answers to user searches. You can see citations for the sources that were used by Otto and navigate to them from the generated answer.

Otto in AI Search can be configured to generate answers from sources such as Catalogs, Microsoft SharePoint, and Knowledge articles.

To give feedback on the answers provided by Otto, you can select either the thumbs up or thumbs down icons in the generated response to mark the information as helpful or unhelpful respectively.

**Note:** To activate ServiceNow Otto for AI Search, the search card templates must be added by the administrator for your ServiceNow product. For example, Employee Service Management or Field Service Management.
