On-device AI maps what you say to the correct fields, and you can review and edit the results before submitting the form. **Note:** Voice to form is currently only available on the following iOS devices: iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16 and later, iPad mini \(A17 Pro\), or iPad M1 or later. Voice to form enables faster data capture for hands-occupied or hands-free work by allowing you to speak naturally once instead of dictating field by field. On-device AI interprets your intent, cleans up transcription noise, and populates the relevant fields by mapping spoken intent to structured fields. This improves data quality compared to transcribing free text. You can edit the populated fields manually before submitting the form. The following languages are supported: - English - French - German - Italian - Portuguese - Spanish - Chinese - Japanese - Korean For reference fields, the system populates the field only when it finds an exact match to an existing record. If the match is partial or not found, the reference field is left empty. ## Offline mode If you're offline while using voice to form, the completed form is added to your outbox. Once your device reconnects, the AI-populated fields are synced and finalized.
