# Chief Digital Officer \(CDO\) Dashboard

The Chief Digital Officer \(CDO\) Dashboard provides visibility into the health and productivity of your company's digital properties. It gives a unified, real-time view of the digital product adoption, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and digital transformation maturity across the enterprise.

Navigate to **CDO Dashboard** > **Dashboard**.

The CDO dashboard serves as a central command interface for monitoring end-to-end digital performance, including application usage, customer satisfaction, self-service adoption, automation progress, and value realization. This dashboard empowers digital leadership, it brings together operational and strategic insights that help guide digital transformation initiatives and verify that technology investment delivers meaningful business results.

This dashboard visualizes key indicators such as Monthly Active Users \(MAU\), CSAT responses, platform consumption by application, automation rates, SLA attainment, cost savings, and spend distribution. These insights enable CDOs and digital leaders to identify adoption trends, track digital enablement outcomes, highlight where engagement gaps exist, and drive measurable productivity and efficiency gains.
