Navigate to **CHRO Dashboard** > **Dashboard**.

The CHRO Dashboard serves as a comprehensive workspace for evaluating the health and performance of HR processes across the employee life cycle. It consolidates operational and strategic indicators such as onboarding cycle time, employee care backlog, SLA breaches, satisfaction scores, headcount, time to fill, DEI metrics, attrition, and recognition trends. These metrics help HR leadership make informed decisions.

This dashboard visualizes essential people insights. It includes onboarding trends by HR service, time to resolve employee issues, unassigned case backlogs, case survey results, and SLA breaches by priority. It also shows hiring mix, promotion patterns, representation by job level, and revenue according to employee. These metrics help HR leaders improve workforce planning, strengthen employee experience, enhance operational efficiency, and support long-term talent strategy.
